Linde, Stranger #6, one of my best portraits

I'm thinking I really kicked it this time. It helps to have a beautiful model!

Here are Linde and Mark, two volunteers from Jason's wedding. Mark is one of Jason's best friends. Linde is his girlfriend. They are both part of my 100 strangers project. I'll post the rest of the pics in the next few days!

I liked the two color shots as more glamorus, and the black and white reminds me of the old mens true crime mags. I did the B&W as a CD cover.

I went to a Picnic and did some "100 Strangers" headshots. I liked how this one came out. Amy said if I was putting this on the net to make sure that people knew she was terribly married, meaning she couldn't be happier.

The idea was to be a hitchhiker that had to get out of some place, for some reason, probably a guy.... and it gets worse as the wait gets longer.

Apparently Cherrish and Krista's mom used to put their hair up in tight curls. When they whined about it, she said "you have to suffer to be beautiful"

This is Cherrish and her pit bull, Vampira. I found Cherrish on Model Mayhem. One of her goals was to get a great shot of her and her dog that she adores. We nailed it! Vampira wasn't much for sitting still. You're going to have to check out flickr for more pics!

Anniversary Party

Wow! Folks gave us a 25th Anniversary surprise party today. Mary and I had no clue. What and awesome surprise! We were expecting to go to Mr. Balse's 95th birthday party. Instead we had family from Massachusets and Pennsylvania all make the trip and show up at the Nadkarny's house. The Nadkarny's were awesome hosts, as always. Mary and I were talking in the car about how blessed we are to have such wonderful giving friends and close family. Wow is about all I can say!
