Last Sunday's open house was a big disappointment. There were only 3 cash offers and none over $250 K. The other 4 offers all wanted terms and 90 days to inspect anddo mortgages and stuff. Mostly the buyers were hoping for a newer bathroom. Maybe next year will be more successful! The hard part will be getting mom out again.
